Verify Occupancy

This type of inspection is a direct visual observation of a property to determine the property’s condition and state of occupancy. Contact is allowed, but it’s not required to verify the occupancy status or get the occupant’s name.

We may contact the neighbor(s) to determine occupancy, but we won’t divulge any information to the neighbor about the homeowner, and will avoid any confrontation. We won’t leave a call back card at the property, unless otherwise stated on the inspection form or in the guidelines.
